Canchitas accounts are optional. The lineup editor can be used without an account.
Request account deletion
To request deletion of your Canchitas account, contact akatsatech@gmail.com. Include the email address or username associated with the account. Do not send passwords.
What is deleted
- App profile fields such as display name, username, user type, and linked account identifier.
- Authentication account data controlled by the app backend where deletion is technically and legally available.
What may remain
- Purchase, refund, tax, fraud-prevention, and entitlement records retained by app stores, payment/subscription processors, or backend systems when required.
- Local drafts on devices or browsers. Users can remove these by clearing app storage or browser data.
- Images or posts already shared by the user to external social networks or messaging apps.
